Our process starts with a discovery meeting with the Chief Marketing Officer and other key decision-makers to establish the project goals, scope of work, key deliverables, search timeline, and project budget.
CCV designs and executes a search strategy, including research, industry meetings, and source prospecting to identify potential celebrity candidates who meet the project criteria.
CCV presents the CMO and key decision-makers with a proposal of vetted celebrity candidates who are interested in the project and open to further discussions with the organization. Per client review and acceptance, CCV will close or continue the search until final approval is achieved. Our aim is 100% client satisfaction.
According to Forbes contributor Steve Olenski, celebrity endorsement and alignments can help increase sales in the short term and brand awareness in the long term. Celebrity marketing is also very effective in marking a major change for a corporate brand, like introducing a new product, market expansion, or brand repositioning. CCV is the go-to source for companies looking to hire celebrities to help boost sales, brand awareness and reach.
CCV is keenly aware of the success factors that positively (and negatively) impact the celebrity’s value to a corporate relationship. In addition to valuation metrics like popularity, credibility, and fan loyalty, CCV evaluates qualitative and quantitative factors like cultural impact range, demographical appeal, and endorsement authenticity.
CCV utilizes a flexible approach when approaching celebrity compensation structures, which generally fall into one of the following categories:
• One-Off Payments
• Equity Sharing
• Revenue Sharing
• Licensed Endorsement Deals
• Investor Deals
• Discounts or Free Merchandise
Celebrity brand valuation can be described as the worth commanded by a celebrity in the industry owing to several factors. In monetary terms, it is the premium charged by a celebrity for endorsing a product or service, to lend more popularity and sales to the product or service. CCV utilizes industry-guided standards to assess celebrity brand valuation to determine the right celebrity for each project. Understanding celebrity brand valuation is a key factor in CCV’s success.
This is a celebrity who works for an organization to represent and promote its brand image to help grow brand awareness and increase sales. In some cases, the celebrity brand ambassadors are pseudo-experts on the brand, and they use social media, community events, and networking to promote it. They also increase knowledge and interest in an organization's products or services. They often have their own established community of followers on social media to further promote the organization’s brand.
CCV represents companies that want to procure celebrity talent. As such, companies retain and compensate CCV to provide brokerage services related to identifying, vetting, and procuring celebrity talent based on the company’s established criteria, budget, and marketing initiatives. In essence, CCV is the liaison that brings the celebrity and company brands together to achieve win/win outcomes.
Quite frankly, celebrity fees for commercials or ad campaigns are unique to each project and mostly predicated on the celebrity’s interest level in the project and/or proposal. CCV specializes in designing value propositions crafted to appeal to identified celebrity prospects. Moreover, when negotiating, CCV assesses brand valuations in tandem with qualitative and quantitative metrics, including return on investment (ROI) goals established in the project charter. CCV’s disciplined approach to deal brokering and representing its clients is partly analytical and pragmatic while overlayed with an artistic touch towards striking the right balance for success.
CCV is a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC) operating as a brokerage that exists to procure celebrity talent for corporate marketing & branding initiatives. Although CCV has strategic alliances with talent agencies, production companies, and legal firms, CCV does not provide any of those services but may utilize these resources for client referrals.
